How much does silver casting cost?
Estimated work: 5 zł/g netto + metal value, VAT 23% and delivery. We confirm the final amount after checking the model.
Is it possible to send models via InPost?
Yes. We work with clients all over Poland through InPost.
Can you work with your metal?
Yes, but terms of acceptance, loss and liability are agreed to prior to launch.
Do you cast gold?
Gold - from 16 zł/g net of work + metal value, VAT 23% and delivery.
When is the value of the metal fixed?
The price of the metal is fixed on the day of payment of the order, and not randomly at the end of the process.
Why do you need photo fixation?
Photos of key stages provide transparency of the process and help track the result of the order.
How to submit a model for evaluation?
Submit a model or brief description of the problem. If additional materials are needed for a more accurate calculation, we will let you know after the first request.
Can we start with the test?
Yes, a test batch helps to check the quality, terms and convenience of the process before regular orders.
How long does a standard cycle last?
We confirm the term after checking the models, material, volume and current production load. InPost usually adds 1-2 days.
Is there an urgent casting?
We confirm the possibility of urgent casting and additional payment separately before starting the order.
What to do with brittle wax?
Pack each model individually, protect against pressure and include a list of models in the message.
What is the shrinkage in casting?
The guideline for jewelry casting is about 2-2.5%, but the exact value depends on the metal and geometry.
What is the minimum wall thickness?
There is a dependence on the model and metal. If we see a risk of spillage, we warn before starting.
Is it possible to cast with stones?
It is possible in some cases. The behavior of stones in the casting temperature is agreed separately.
Do you help with the preparation of the model?
We can discuss model preparation separately, but the main focus of the page is B2B casting.
What is quality control?
Before packing, the products are checked against the agreed order: quantity, integrity and visible defects.
Why does the price depend not only on grams?
The price includes not only the casting itself, but also model checking, support, quality control, packaging and clear order status.
Can the models be delivered in person?
Yes, you can arrange a personal transfer in Kraków. InPost is convenient for other cities.
Does this work for regular brands?
Yes. If the test goes well, you can agree on a regular B2B rhythm.
