How the order for jewelry casting works
The client does not need to understand production. It is important to understand when there will be an assessment, that we check where the risks may be and how the finished castings are transferred.
1. You send a request
Specify the material, the planned volume, the city and briefly describe the task.
2. We check the model
Let's see if there are risks for the casting: thin places, fragility, stone planting or complex shape.
3. We agree on the cost and term
Before the start of work, the client receives a guideline for the price, terms and method of transfer of models.
4. We fulfill the order
After confirming the details, the order goes through the agreed checkpoints.
5. We check the result
Before issuing, we check the quantity, integrity and visible defects.
6. We pack and hand over to the client
Ready-made castings can be picked up in Kraków or received through InPost in Poland.
Where the customer gets control
Control begins before production: we ask for a description of the task, check the model and agree on conditions before the start. If we see the risk of leakage, cracks, problems with stones or own metal, it is better to discuss it before payment than after the finished result.
Which helps to speed up the evaluation
It is best to immediately send the material, number of products, photo or model file, approximate weight, shipping city, expected delivery time and whether regular volume is planned. So we understand the task faster and spend less time on clarification.
When should you start with a test batch?
If a brand, workshop or designer has not worked with us before, a test batch helps to check communication, packaging, deadlines and quality control before regular orders.
