Yes, the guideline of the minimum order value is 100 zł. We confirm the exact conditions after reviewing the model, material and volume.
Are there conditions for regular customers?
Yes. For regular B2B parties, we prepare individual terms, priority in production and personal support.
How to submit a model for evaluation?
After the first request, we will tell you whether the description, photo or finished model is sufficient for a preliminary evaluation.
When will the price be clear?
Before starting work. First, we look at the model, material, thickness, approximate weight and complexity, and then agree on the estimate and term.
How is metal counted?
We determine the approximate weight of the metal at the beginning according to the model and agree to the launch. The value of the metal is fixed on the day the order is paid, so the customer does not receive a random amount at the end of the process.
Can you work with your metal?
Yes, you can provide your own metal. Acceptance conditions, losses in the process and responsibility are agreed upon before starting the order.
How is the delivery?
The workshop is located in Kraków, but B2B orders can be sent and received via InPost. After completion, we send the finished castings by the agreed method.
Why is the job more expensive than a basic casting?
Price includes pre-assessment, model verification, risk communication, casting, quality control and packaging.
Can we start with a test batch?
Yes. To test cooperation, you can start with a test batch and then plan a regular volume.
What is the standard term?
The timeline depends on the material, the number of models, their complexity and the current load. We will confirm the exact date after checking the order.
Is there an urgent casting?
We check the possibility of urgent execution individually. We agree on the term and additional payment before the launch.
What is photofixation of stages?
This is a photo or short status after important points in the process. They are needed for transparency and tracking of the result.
What if the model is risky?
We will warn you before the launch and explain what is better to change: thickness, geometry, placement of stones or the method of model preparation.
What shrinkage should be considered?
For jewelry casting, the guideline is about 2-2.5%, but the exact value depends on the material, geometry and preparation of the model.
What is the minimum wall thickness?
Depends on the product and metal. If there is a risk of leakage or deformation, we will tell you about it before the start of work.
Is it possible to cast with stones?
It is possible in individual cases, but the responsibility for the behavior of the stones in the casting temperature is agreed separately before the start.
Do you help with the preparation of the model?
We can discuss the preparation of a custom model, but the main service of this page is B2B casting and model evaluation.
How to prepare the wax for shipment?
It is better to sign each model, protect against pressure, do not mix fragile parts and add a list of models in the message.
Can I bring models in person?
Yes, you can arrange a personal transfer in Kraków. For other cities in Poland, it is more convenient to use InPost.

Yes, if the test batch goes well, you can agree on a regular order cycle and a projected schedule.
What exactly is checked before shipping?
Finished castings are checked against the agreed order: quantity, visible defects, integrity and readiness for packing.
